Terms of Service

1. Provider

The Unite service is provided by ATVZ, s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 55 443 940, with its registered office at Kukučínova 22, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Banská Bystrica, section Sro, file 46742/S (the “Studio”). 2. Scope of services

The Studio provides the client with brand creation, online brand guidelines, a website with an admin panel and services according to the selected package (Unite Start, Unite Core, Unite Pro) and the item price list in credits.

The scope of each package is described at unite.eyesopen.sk in the Pricing section and in the order confirmation. The scope agreed in the order confirmation takes precedence.

3. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by email or the proposal is signed. The client creates a Unite account by signing up at unite.eyesopen.sk or through an invitation from the Studio or a partner.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the account and for protecting their login credentials.

4. Prices and payment

Package prices are one-time fees and are stated excluding sales tax. Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is payable when the order is placed and 50% at handover. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Service credits are included in each package in the stated amount. The client may purchase additional credits by card in the account; the price of credits is shown in the account before the purchase is confirmed.

5. Credits

A credit is the unit the client uses to pay for service items (print materials, social media, photography, video, website edits). The price of an item in credits is stated before the order is confirmed and does not change after confirmation.

All credits are valid for 12 months: package credits from payment of the package, purchased credits from the date of purchase. Unused credits are not refunded in cash unless required by law.

6. Delivery and cooperation

Deadlines are stated in the order confirmation. The Studio is not liable for delays caused by the client’s late delivery of materials or approvals.

The client provides materials (copy, photographs, logos) to which they hold the rights and is responsible for their content.

7. Copyright

Upon payment in full, the client obtains the right to use the delivered identity, guidelines and website, including source files, for its own business activities without territorial or time limitation.

The Studio reserves the right to present the project as a reference unless the client requests otherwise.

8. Hosting and operation

Hosting, domain and certificate are included in the package for [fill in] months; thereafter according to the price list. The Studio provides backups and availability with a target of 99.5% per month.

9. Liability and claims

The client shall report defects in the work by email within 14 days of handover; the Studio will remedy them without undue delay. Liability for damages is limited to the price paid for the relevant package or item.

10. Termination

The client may terminate the contract in writing; the Studio will invoice the work performed. The Unite account remains accessible for as long as the credits are valid.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Slovak Republic; consumers may use alternative dispute resolution. These terms apply from the date stated above; the Studio will announce any changes by email.
