Brand and guidelines

A brand your whole team always has at hand

We don’t deliver your identity as a PDF that ends up in a drawer. You get online brand guidelines at a single link: logo, colors, type, tone and templates, always up to date, for your team and your vendors.

Identity and strategy

Decisions first, logo second

Before the first sketch, we get clear on who the brand is for, who it’s up against and what it has to say in three seconds. The result is an identity you can make decisions with, not just one that looks nice.

  • One-page positioning that both the owner and sales sign off on
  • Logo, mark, clear space and variants for dark backgrounds
  • A palette with usage ratios, typefaces for web, print and office
  • Photography, icons and grid, so every output looks like it came from one hand
Online brand guidelines

One link instead of a PDF

Your guidelines live at a password-protected web address. When we change something, it changes everywhere. Vendors download the right logo themselves, without emails back and forth.

  • What’s on the link is what counts, no versions floating around in attachments
  • Logos in SVG, PNG and PDF, fonts, color profiles, templates
  • Access by password or Unite account, and you see who downloaded what
  • Works just as well on a phone as on a computer
Tone of voice

How the brand speaks, not just how it looks

Brand voice, vocabulary and sample copy for your website, emails, social media and proposals. Everyone on the team writes the same way, even a new hire on day one.

  • Three to four voice traits with “do this, not that” examples
  • Words we use and words we avoid
  • Company intro, email signature, inquiry reply, product description

Frequently asked questions

What if we already have a logo?

We keep it and build the system and guidelines around it. If the logo doesn’t work technically, we propose a fix, not a new one.

Who owns the identity?

You do. Once it’s paid for, you get all source files and unlimited usage rights.

How long does it take?

Once you order, we assign a start date for our work. Handover is within two weeks of that date.

Can the guidelines change later?

Yes. Small changes are done for credits, bigger additions by agreement. Every change shows up everywhere at once.
