Privacy Policy

1. Controller

Personal data is processed by ATVZ, s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 55 443 940, Kukučínova 22, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. Contact for questions about personal data: unite@eyesopen.sk.

2. What data we collect and why

Unite account: name, email, company, password (stored as a hash). Purpose: access to the guidelines, service orders, invoicing. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Application to work with us: your questionnaire answers and the name, company, email and phone number you provide. Purpose: assessing and responding to your application. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Invoicing: billing details for the period required by the Slovak Accounting Act (10 years).

Communication: emails and meeting notes for the duration of our cooperation and 3 years after it ends.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The studio does not see or store card details. Stripe processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

4. Recipients

Hosting and email: Websupport, s.r.o., Slovakia (EU). Website analytics: [fill in] with anonymized IP addresses. We do not transfer data outside the EU unless stated otherwise. Partners (agencies) see only the data of the clients they invited.

5. Retention period

Account: for as long as the account exists and 12 months after it is closed. Applications to work with us: 12 months. Accounting records: 10 years.

6. Country from IP address

On your first visit we determine only your country from your IP address to show the right language version (Slovakia, United States, Australia). We do not store your IP address or share it with third parties; the country is looked up in a local database, IP geolocation by DB-IP (db-ip.com, licensed under CC BY 4.0).

7. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Write to unite@eyesopen.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

8. Security

Account access is protected by a password and time-limited sessions. Data is backed up and encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
